Do I need to be in shape?

No. You get in shape by showing up. We scale intensity and coach fundamentals so you progress safely.

Is there a contract?

We give you the option! Contracts are discounted, however; we understand contracts are not for everyone.

Do you offer law enforcement / first responder training?

Yes — we offer structured, control-first grappling sessions for law enforcement and first responders. Training blocks can be scheduled and tailored by group size and objectives. Use the training inquiry section above to coordinate.
